Yes! I can work with jewelry from other artists for a $20 re-weld fee (per chain). I guarantee my weld and include a 30-day re-weld policy if anything happens to the weld.

No, the process is easy and should be painless. I use proper protection to keep you safe and comfortable throughout the welding process.

With any jewelry piece, your lifestyle plays a big part in how long jewelry lasts.

No, we weld a jump ring that holds the chain together. If you have to cut it off for a surgery or MRI, use a pair of scissors or nail clippers and cut the jump ring.

You can clean your jewelry with a toothbrush, dish soap, and warm water. Dawn dish soap is the best brand to get it sparkling again!

No, we only use precious soft metals that will not go off in the metal detector.

I offer a 30-day re-weld warranty with any piece of jewelry you get from me. If anything happens after 30 days, contact me and we can discuss your re-weld.

We do not cover lost charms under our jewelry policy due to the nature of the metal type.
