Appointments are recommended, but I also offer select walk-in hours at my downtown Appleton studio. Check the Events & Updates page or Facebook for upcoming walk-in hours. No appointment is needed when I’m at a public pop-up event.

Yes! I can work with jewelry from other artists for a $20 re-weld fee (per chain). I guarantee my weld and include a 30-day re-weld policy if anything happens to the weld.

No, the process is easy and should be painless. I use proper protection to keep you safe and comfortable throughout the welding process.

Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear and can last for years, but there isn’t a guaranteed lifespan. Your lifestyle, activities, chain choice, and how the jewelry is cared for can all affect how long it lasts.

No, we weld a jump ring that holds the chain together. If you have to cut it off for a surgery or MRI, use a pair of scissors or nail clippers and cut the jump ring.

You can clean your jewelry with a toothbrush, dish soap, and warm water. Dawn dish soap is the best brand to get it sparkling again!

No, we only use precious soft metals that will not go off in the metal detector.

I offer a 30-day re-weld warranty with any piece of jewelry you get from me. If anything happens after 30 days, contact me and we can discuss your re-weld.

We do not cover lost charms under our jewelry policy due to the nature of the metal type.
